LAW N° 47-18
Published in Official Bulletin N° 6754 on February 27, 2019, this law governs the CRIs and focuses on their reform, along with the creation of the Unified Regional Investment Commissions (CRUI). It provides the CRIs with all the necessary tools and prerogatives to successfully fulfill their missions.
LA CRUI
The CRUI facilitates the entire process with a single official responsible for accelerating decision-making and handling administrative investment requests. This law grants the CRUI the power to manage investment files and authorization requests in a comprehensive, unified, integrated, and harmonized manner at the regional level.
The CRUI is characterized by a single decision-making and administrative coordination body, with one official empowered to rule on investment files throughout the entire value chain.
