🔴 Support regional economic, social and industrial development in all productive sectors (fishing, agriculture, mining, energy, tourism, trade, etc.)
🔴 Provide the region with a modern and scalable logistics tool, commensurate with its development ambitions;
🔴 Set up port infrastructures and industrial spaces alongside the quay offering the best conditions of competitiveness to the entire fishing industry;
🔴 Support the creation of a new modern fishing fleet which, without an adequate port, will not be able to build itself up competitively;
🔴 Promote the protection of the exceptional and unique environment of the Bay of Dakhla by requalifying the existing port in line with the prospects for quality tourism and aquaculture.

Integrated logistics area
This port will be backed by an industrial-logistic zone of 9999 hectares. Forecast traffic for the first years is estimated at 9.9 million tons for goods. The volume of seafood products is estimated at 999999 tons.

It will focus on the construction of a deep water port according to three components:

of -16m / hydrographic zero,
🔴 A port dedicated to coastal and offshore fishing,
🔴 A port dedicated to the naval industry.
