🔴 Airport: terminals, runways, taxiways, parking areas, control tower

🔴 Hotels: 7 to 10 including 2 to 4 luxury establishments within 5-10 years
🔴 Amenities: catering, accommodation, parking to be sized
COMPLETE AND INTEGRATED SERVICE OFFER
🔴 Health center: medical and well-being centers attached to hotel complexes, rehabilitation and fitness centres, well-being offer facing the lagoon
🔴 Sports offer (intended for high-level sport) and gastronomic offer
🔴 Transfer services to other tourist centers

🔴 Development of a business-health, well-being and shopping cluster (WAFZ – aerocity – Dakhla – ecological sites)
